The National Council of Estate, Rent & Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) the body which oversee the practice of Real Estate in Nigeria, has officially unveiled it’s new practicing seal for members of the association. ERCAAN executives made this known at a modest presentation, where it was also revealed that a newly redesigned identity card with top notch security features is now ready for members along with the new membership certificate.
According to them these redesigns became necessary because of the successful reunification of factional groups that had existed for some time but now there is one united ERCAAN. The Association further Expressed belief that these bold steps will help to curb malpractices and help the general public to identify genuine practitioners as opposed to imposters.
